Step 3

After getting your scans & X-ray result your clinician will analyse your results thoroughly. Then they will sit down with you and go through your results, options, and together develop a custom treatment plan to get the best results for you.

Then your treatment will start. Our proven trademark 5 Step Approach involves a comprehensive personalised combination of:

1. Exercises

2. Stretches

3. Gentle spinal mobilisations 

4. Medical orthopaedic devices to help with posture

5. Ergonomic advice for the home and/or workplace.

Step 3 is usually performed later that day or within the next few days and takes about 30-40 mins
